一、Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）
本 App 通过 Apple App Store 分发，因此其使用同时受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议约束：
当本条款与 Apple EULA 冲突时，以约定更严格的一方为准。
二、授权许可
开发者授予您一项个人的、不可转让的、非独占的、可撤销的许可，允许您在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本 App。
三、您的承诺
您同意不会：
- 对本 App 进行反编译、反向工程、解构或试图获取源代码（法律明确允许的情形除外）；
- 将本 App 用于任何违反所在地法律法规的用途；
- 利用本 App 进行诈骗、骚扰、侵犯他人权利或传播恶意内容；
- 使用本 App 提供的数据进行投资、金融、保险等需要专业判断的决策（油耗与费用统计仅供参考，不构成任何专业建议）。
四、数据准确性免责
本 App 提供的所有信息（包括但不限于油价、加油站位置、油耗计算结果、费用统计）均来自您输入的数据或公开数据源。开发者不保证：
- 油价信息的实时性与准确性；
- 加油站定位的精确度；
- 油耗与费用统计与实际情况完全一致。
由数据偏差造成的任何决策损失由您自行承担。
五、知识产权
本 App 的源代码、视觉设计、文案、商标及相关知识产权均归开发者所有。除本条款明确授予的使用权外，您未经书面许可不得复制、修改、再发布本 App。
六、第三方服务
本 App 集成或可能集成以下第三方服务，使用相关功能时同时受其条款约束：
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit — iCloud Terms
- Apple Maps、高德地图、百度地图、腾讯地图（仅在您主动调用导航时跳转）
- 公开油价数据源（仅做只读查询）
七、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失、业务中断等。
由于本 App 不收集服务器端数据，所有用户数据存储在您本地设备与您本人的 iCloud 中，开发者无法为您恢复因设备故障、误删除或 iCloud 账户问题而丢失的数据。
八、终止
您可以随时通过删除本 App 终止本协议。开发者保留在您违反本条款时立即终止您使用本 App 权利的权利。
九、条款变更
开发者可不时更新本条款。重大变更时，将在 App 内或本页面以新的「最后更新日期」公示。继续使用视为接受更新后的条款。
十、适用法律
本条款的解释与执行适用您所在国家或地区的强制性法律。任何争议双方应优先通过友好协商解决。

Welcome to Fuelog (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Apple Standard EULA
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the more restrictive provision controls.
2. License Grant
The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
3. Your Commitments
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or attempt to extract source code (except where expressly permitted by law);
- Use the App in violation of any law applicable to you;
- Use the App to commit fraud, harassment, infringement, or distribute malicious content;
- Rely on data from the App for investment, financial, insurance or any other professional decisions. Fuel-economy and cost statistics are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
All information presented (including but not limited to fuel prices, station locations, fuel-economy and cost statistics) is derived from data you enter or from public sources. The developer does not warrant:
- Real-time accuracy of fuel prices;
- Precision of station positions;
- Exact correspondence between calculated values and reality.
Any decisions made based on this data are at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's source code, visual design, copy, trademarks and related IP are owned by the developer. Except for the rights expressly granted herein, you may not copy, modify or redistribute the App without written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates or may integrate the following third-party services, whose terms also apply when those features are used:
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit — iCloud Terms
- Apple Maps, Amap, Baidu Maps, Tencent Maps (only invoked when you actively trigger navigation)
- Public fuel-price data sources (read-only queries)
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
Because the App does not collect server-side data — all data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud — the developer cannot recover data lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or iCloud account issues.
8. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. The developer reserves the right to terminate your right to use the App immediately if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation.
