如何导出数据?

设置 → 数据管理 → 导出 CSV,可生成符合 RFC 4180 标准的 CSV 文件,支持 Excel、Numbers、Google Sheets 直接打开。

如何切换车辆?

顶部车辆切换器点击当前车辆名 → 选择目标车辆。新增车辆请到 设置 → 车辆管理。

油耗计算结果异常?

油价/加油站定位为何只覆盖中国大陆?

当前数据源仅提供中国大陆 31 个省市的油价;海外加油站数据需额外接入第三方 API,待后续版本支持。

如何彻底删除我的数据?

  1. 设置 → 数据管理 → 清除当前车辆记录(删除本地数据)
  2. iOS 设置 → Apple ID → iCloud → 管理账户存储 → Fuelog → 删除(移除 iCloud 数据)
  3. 主屏幕长按图标 → 删除 App(彻底卸载)

如何批量导入历史加油记录?

设置 → 数据管理 → 导入 CSV。需先解锁 Fuelog Pro。CSV 第一行必须包含表头,车辆 列用于自动分配到对应车辆;记录按里程表读数自动去重。建议先「导出 CSV」获取标准模板,再编辑后导入。

如何完整备份照片与全部车辆数据?

设置 → 数据管理 → 导出完整备份(含照片)。系统会把所有车辆记录、车辆配置和照片打包成一个 zip 文件(基于 ZIPFoundation)。换机或重装时使用「恢复备份」选择同一 zip 即可还原。注意:CSV 不含照片,迁移时请优先使用完整备份。

如何恢复 Fuelog Pro 购买?

换机、重装或同一 Apple ID 的其它设备上:打开任意 Pro 入口(如「设置 → 升级 Pro」),点击页面底部的「恢复购买」即可免费恢复。家庭共享用户同样适用。若提示「未找到可恢复的购买」,请确认当前 Apple ID 与购买时一致,并在系统设置中登录同一账户。

How do I export my data?

Settings → Data → Export CSV. The file is RFC 4180 compliant and opens directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

How do I switch vehicles?

Tap the vehicle name in the top switcher, then choose another. To add a vehicle, go to Settings → Vehicles.

My fuel economy looks wrong

Why are fuel prices and station finder limited to China Mainland?

The current data source only covers 31 provinces in mainland China. Overseas station data requires additional third-party APIs and is planned for future versions.

How do I completely remove my data?

  1. Settings → Data → Erase Current Vehicle (clears local records)
  2. iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Fuelog → Delete (clears cloud data)
  3. Long-press home icon → Delete App (full uninstall)

How do I bulk-import historical fuel records?

Settings → Data → Import CSV (requires Fuelog Pro). The first row must be the header row; the vehicle column auto-assigns each row to a vehicle, and rows are deduplicated by odometer reading. We recommend using "Export CSV" first to get the standard template, then editing and re-importing.

How do I fully back up photos and all vehicle data?

Settings → Data → Export Full Backup (with photos). The App packs all vehicle records, vehicle configurations, and photos into a single zip file (powered by ZIPFoundation). On a new device or after reinstall, use "Restore Backup" and pick the same zip to restore. Note: CSV does not include photos — prefer Full Backup for migrations.

How do I restore a Fuelog Pro purchase?

On a new device, after reinstall, or on another device using the same Apple ID: open any Pro entry point (e.g. "Settings → Upgrade to Pro") and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of the sheet. Family Sharing members are also covered. If you see "No restorable purchase found", make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
